Bosque del Apache National Wildlife refuge Bosque del Apache is the prime location in North America for bird watching. Winter is the best season because all the northern birds fly here to escape the hash weather. Every morning at around sunrise, an estimated 25,000 snow geese fly out to feed. The entire flyout process only takes a couple of seconds and it is one of the most amazing scence we have seen. It is almost impossible to capture that moment using still cameras. So, please check out our QuickTime video clip for this impressive moment ... QuickTime video clips: Bosque explosion (MUST See!) -- Feeding in the field |
