Place of Refuges and Kahalu'u Beach Park in Kona

Place of Refuges is of great religious and historical value to Hawaii native culture. It was a sacred place that no blood could be shed on its ground. So, those defeated at war and those people violated Kapu came here to escape death. It also happens to be a great snorkeling place! Kahalu'u Beach Park is famous for snorkeling and magnificent sunsets.
